Let me thank you first for visiting my page, and if we are going to collaborate in the future, allow me to share a little bit about myself.

I developed a love for food at a young age which has turned into an obsession. All my friends and families who knows me knows that I love food. I have countless cookbooks from western to Chinese books just so I can drool at the pictures. Watched cooking programmes till I have exhausted multiple food series and would re watch it all after some time.   I’m always cooking, eating and often in a daze thinking of foods. So much so I became a food photographer, recipe writer and food blogger dating back to 2012.

I think my food obsession started with my early memories of helping my grandma preparing everyday foods from celebratory meals, daily market outings to buy the freshest produce and smelling different aromas that fill the market of roast pork bellies, char siu pork, goose and duck, hanging from the food stalls. The constant food aroma that fills the air at every street I went to in Hong Kong.

I spend a few years of my childhood in Hong Kong, spending most of my free time exploring the culture, admiring the architects, and eating my way through the city.

Although I am science based and graduated in Microbiology and Immunology and worked a few years in the science industry.  I have been fascinated by the possibilities of photography since my early childhood. Started a food photography blog winsesweewok in 2013. A hobby turned into a professional career since graduating from photography course.

Photography to me is about capturing and preserving a moment, a memory, a magical moment for my clients that cannot be relived but can be forever cherished.
